LEMANG

LEMANG has been the official food identity of the state of Negeri Sembilan
Cooking in bamboo is also method of indegenious people in
Malaysia
Lomang ni makanan taditional orang negori.



Lemang is a traditional food, originating with the Minangkabau people of Indonesia and Malaysia, which is cooked in a hollowed bamboo stick lined with banana leaf to prevent the rice from sticking to the bamboo. Usually prepared for festivities such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Haji, lemang is made of glutinous rice and coconut milk, with salt added for taste.
Makanan orang minangkabau yang duduk di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Masak dalam buluh yang beralehkan daun pisang. Selalu di masak maso mogang poso, Rayo. Di buek dari boreh pulut, santan kelapo dan garam. air nak boto2 sukek eee.


Lemang is also popular in Indonesian Malay and Minangkabau communities, usually eaten with tapai. Due to the great numbers of Minangese people outside West Sumatera, Lemang now can also be found in other regions of Indonesia like Jakarta and Bandung.
Cukup popular di kalangan Melayu Indonesia dan Malaysia. Lopeh makan lomang kono pulak dengan tapai. Walllahhhh!!!!!



Lemang is usually eaten with rendang. Lemang is also popularly eaten with kuah durian;
Lomang ... rondang judu eee. Rondang yang koring. Bilo di cocah, melokek. ndak2 rondang daging, tesangkut yo.

BUNGA DURIAN

Waktu pagi sebelum matahari naik, bunga di kumpulkan agar kelihatan segar dan bewarna putih. Debunganya di buang.

Boleh di masak rendang, di goreng, masak Lemak chili api.
